1. Acceptance of Terms
By using seattleboxes.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. A Referral Service
Seattle Boxes is a referral service only. When you submit a quote request, we pass it to one or more partner suppliers in our network. Seattle Boxes does not sell, buy, store, transport, or recycle boxes itself, and is not a party to any agreement you make with a supplier.
3. Partner Suppliers Set the Terms
Partner suppliers set their own prices, payment terms, delivery and pickup arrangements, warranties, and return policies. Review those terms with the supplier before you accept a quote. Submitting a request does not oblige you to buy or sell anything, and does not oblige any supplier to quote.
4. Information on the Site
Product descriptions, size guides, and other content on the Site are general information. Specifications, availability, and grading vary by supplier; confirm the details that matter to you with the supplier. Check current regulations for any rules that apply to your shipments.
5. No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. We do not warrant any product or service provided by a partner supplier.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seattle Boxes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from products or services provided by partner suppliers or from your use of the Site.
7. Acceptable Use
Please submit accurate information and use the quote form only for genuine requests. Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit automated requests.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site content, design, and branding belong to Seattle Boxes or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
