Are used boxes as strong as new ones?
A used box in good condition can perform close to a new one for many uses, but strength drops with wear, moisture, and repeated use. Choose a better grade or a heavier wall for heavy or fragile loads, and ask the supplier about the condition of the boxes you are quoted.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set by each partner supplier. Include your quantity in the request and the supplier will tell you what they can supply.
Is delivery available?
Pickup and delivery are available through partner suppliers in the Seattle area. Options and costs depend on the supplier and your location.
Can used boxes be used for food?
Used boxes are generally suited only to secondary packaging, such as shipping cases around food that is already packaged. For direct food contact, use new boxes and check current regulations.
