1. Who We Are

Seattle Boxes (“we” or “us”) operates seattleboxes.com (the “Site”). Seattle Boxes is a referral service: we pass quote requests for corrugated and gaylord boxes to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and fulfill orders. We do not sell boxes ourselves.

2. What the Quote Form Collects

When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you enter:

• First and last name, email address, and phone number.
• Company name, city, state or province, and ZIP or postal code.
• Product type, service, grade, quantity, and your message.
• The page you submitted the form from.

We do not collect payment details on the Site.

3. How Your Request Is Used and Shared

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to receive and route quote requests. From there it is shared with one or more partner suppliers so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it.

We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

4. Analytics

The Site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), are counted in cookieless mode, with nothing stored on their device. The Site sets no advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to route them and handle follow-up questions, and then delete them. Partner suppliers that receive your request keep it under their own policies.

6. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Send the request through the quote form and say in the message field what you would like us to do.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
