Payment terms, returns, and any quality guarantees are set by the partner supplier who fulfills your order. Ask them before you agree to a quote.
Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?
Both can send a request. Whether a supplier can fill a small order depends on the supplier and the quantity.
How do I know what grade of box I need?
Like-new boxes suit customer-facing shipments where appearance matters. Boxes with light wear work for business-to-business shipping and internal transfers. Economy boxes suit storage and moving. If you are not sure, describe your use case in the message field.
