Parking & Loading
Free parking available for customers. Passenger vehicles can park in the designated customer lot. Box trucks and trailers should proceed to the loading area — follow signs for "Customer Loading."
Our loading dock accommodates vehicles from personal trucks to full-sized semis. Forklift loading assistance is available at no charge.

Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment necessary for browsing or small purchases. However, if you are picking up a large order or dropping off a significant volume of boxes, please email us first so we can coordinate loading and ensure staff availability.
What is the minimum order size?
There is no minimum for walk-in purchases. For delivery orders, we generally require a minimum that makes the delivery cost-effective — typically a half pallet or more. Contact us with your needs and we will work it out.
Do you deliver outside the Seattle area?
Yes. We regularly deliver throughout the greater Seattle metro area and the broader Pacific Northwest including Tacoma, Olympia, Everett, Bellevue, and surrounding regions. For locations further out, we can arrange freight shipping. Email us your address and order details for a delivery quote.
How quickly will I hear back?
Quote requests receive a response within 4 hours during business hours. General inquiries are answered within one business day. Messages received outside business hours will be addressed first thing the next business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, ACH bank transfers, and all major credit cards for purchases. For box buying (when we purchase your surplus), we issue payment via check or ACH within 7 business days of pickup and inspection.
Can I see the boxes before I buy?
Absolutely. Walk-in customers are welcome to inspect our inventory in person during business hours. We encourage it — seeing our three-tier grading system firsthand helps you choose the right grade for your needs.
Do you offer recurring delivery schedules?
Yes. For businesses with consistent packaging needs, we set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly delivery schedules. Recurring customers benefit from priority pricing and guaranteed availability for their most-used sizes.
What if the boxes I receive do not meet my expectations?
Every box is graded before it ships. If any boxes do not match the grade you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or credit. Customer satisfaction is how we build long-term relationships.
Do you provide recycling certificates?
Yes. For businesses that need documentation for sustainability reporting or compliance, we provide recycling certificates that detail the volume of corrugated processed through our facility and its disposition (reused or recycled).
Can you handle very large volumes?
Yes. We work with businesses that generate and consume thousands of boxes per week. For high-volume accounts, we assign a dedicated contact, establish custom pricing, and build logistics plans tailored to your operation.
Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?
We sell to both businesses and individuals. Whether you need 10 boxes for a move or 10,000 boxes for your warehouse, our doors are open. Walk-in customers can purchase any quantity during business hours.
How do I know what grade of box I need?
