Approve the quote, select your delivery option, and submit payment. We accept checks, ACH, credit cards, and NET-30 terms for approved accounts.

Inventory Hold

Upon confirmation, we reserve your inventory for 48 hours. For large orders, we begin pulling and palletizing immediately to ensure your delivery date is met.

Quality Check & Ship

Every order undergoes a final quality check before dispatch. Boxes are palletized, shrink-wrapped, and loaded onto the appropriate vehicle for your delivery option.

Receive Your Boxes

Boxes arrive at your facility on the scheduled date. We handle dock delivery or can place boxes in your designated storage area. You inspect and sign the delivery receipt.

Custom Orders

Need a specific size or configuration that is not in our standard inventory? Our custom order service sources boxes to your exact specifications from our supplier network across the Pacific Northwest.

Are used boxes strong enough for shipping?

Yes. Every box we sell is structurally sound and inspected for integrity before grading. Our Premium and Standard grades are fully suitable for external shipping, including e-commerce fulfillment, B2B distribution, and parcel carrier networks. We test edge crush resistance (ECT) and burst strength on random samples from every batch to verify performance. A used box that passes our inspection performs identically to a new box of the same specification.

Can I see or inspect boxes before buying?

Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our facility during business hours (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to inspect our inventory. We can also send photos or samples of specific stock for remote buyers. For large or ongoing orders, we encourage an initial facility visit so you can see our grading standards firsthand.

What if you do not have the size I need?

If your required size is not in our current inventory, we have two options. First, we can add your size to our sourcing priority list and notify you when it becomes available — typically within 1-2 weeks. Second, our reprocessing service can resize existing inventory to your exact dimensions for a small additional fee. Custom resized boxes are available within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer recurring delivery schedules?

Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring delivery programs. Recurring customers receive locked-in pricing, priority inventory reservation for their preferred sizes, and simplified invoicing. Standing orders can be adjusted up or down with 48 hours notice. This is our most popular option for e-commerce and fulfillment operations.

How do your boxes compare to Amazon/ULINE pricing?

Our Premium grade boxes (like-new condition) typically cost 40-50% less than equivalent new boxes from major suppliers. Our Standard grade saves 50-60%, and Economy grade saves 60-70%. The difference is purely cosmetic — structural performance is identical. For a business shipping 1,000 boxes per month at an average new cost of $2.00 per box, switching to our Standard grade at $0.90 per box saves $1,100 per month or $13,200 per year.

Can I mix sizes and grades in a single order?

Yes. We have no restrictions on mixing sizes and grades within an order. In fact, most orders contain multiple SKUs. Each line item is priced individually by size and grade, and volume discounts are calculated on total order quantity across all sizes and grades combined.

Do you sell packing supplies (tape, bubble wrap, etc.)?

Our primary focus is corrugated boxes. We do not stock a full line of packing supplies. However, we can source packing tape, stretch wrap, and corrugated pads/sheets through our supplier network at competitive pricing for customers ordering boxes. Ask your account representative for a packaging supplies quote with your box order.

What payment terms are available?

We accept company checks, ACH transfers, and credit cards for immediate payment. NET-30 terms are available for approved business accounts — the application process takes 1-2 business days. Enterprise accounts can arrange NET-45 or NET-60 terms. Recurring delivery customers can set up automatic payments for simplified billing.
